Not Receiving Phone Verification Text? Here's What to Do

Why haven't I received my phone verification text message during Sign Up?

Please check to make sure the text message didn't go to your spam or junk folder in your text messages.

If you are using iOS, you can check this setting under Settings > Messages > Filter Unknown Senders

If you are using Android, you can check your spam folder by clicking the three-dot menu > Spam & Blocked
