Keep Your Credit Card Information Safe with Searchbug's Secure Processor

How and where is my credit card information stored?

None of Searchbug employees, including system engineers, have access to full credit card details. After you enter your credit card information, it is passed directly to our credit card processor over an encrypted secure connection and is permanently masked.

Your complete credit card details, including card number and the CCV security code are never stored in any Searchbug database. Our credit card processor responds with an authorization and a reference token. We only use your reference token for your future authorized charges. This reference token is proprietary and can only be used online on the Searchbug website.

Your connection to the Searchbug website and our servers that send the data to the credit card processor are secured with the newest SSL protocol: Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2.
