What is the difference between Pay As You Go and Prepaid plans?

Pay As You Go plan is recommended for Search Token, Bulk Upload and Investigator Order customers.

Prepaid plan is required for API customers.

To switch plans, log into your account and click your name at the top > select 'Your Account' from the dropdown menu > under 'Billing Details' section click "SWITCH PLAN":
