What is DNC Complainers?

DNC Complainers is a YES/NO flag for individuals that have complained, but have not yet sent demand letters or sued. The phone numbers have been compiled from our network of clients over the past several years. Using the TCPA and the DNC complainers’ lists maximize your protection and mitigates TCPA litigation risks.

YES = Complained to the DNC.
NO = Have not complained to the DNC.
