What information is required for the SSN Verification Add-on?
SSN Add-On verification is handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the following forms of documentation are required as proof of your active business:
Required:
A copy of your IRS SS-4 form showing your Tax ID
Plus one of the following:
- A picture of yourself holding up your photo ID
- Your business website URL and your LinkedIn profile
- A valid business license or certificate from your city
- A copy of your company articles of incorporation
Please note that exceptions to this rule may apply, depending upon the circumstances.
