Tutorial: How do I apply for SSN Verification Add-On?
The SSN Verification Add-on provides access to our SSN Validator and SSN and Name Match tool. If you have a legitimate need to search SSNs, we encourage any business to apply. Even businesses operating out of a home office can be accepted, provided all documentation is in place.
Here are the steps involved in the application process:
1. Fill out the application form
2. Remit the $47 application fee - The fee covers processing and business verification
3. Collect supporting documentation - business documentation such as a valid business license and a copy of your IRS SS-4 showing your Federal Tax ID are required
4. Send us the application package - send us the signed application, service agreement, and all required documentation to support@searchbug.zohodesk.com
Once we receive your application package, we will review your business. Upon approval, you will be notified via email and you can then begin accessing the SSN tools.
