If you experience a failed batch, no need to worry, our system automatically sweeps every 30 minutes and restarts any failed batches. Additionally, our customer service team also monitors the batch dashboard to ensure that any failed batches get restarted promptly. There is no need to upload the batch again. The reason for a batch failure is typically related to connection loss -- if one of our data feeds encounters data packet loss or connection issues, a batch will stall and wait for reconnection. This is only temporary until communication is restored and our system automatically restarts the batch. If the system fails to restart the batch, one of our agents monitoring batches will restart them manually.
