1. Upload your file (Excel, CSV, and TXT formats are accepted) with your customers' outdated contact information.
2. Follow the prompts to identify the columns (First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email, and Others). You are selecting fields to be used as search criteria for what information you'd like to add or update.
3. Review your options based on the search criteria you provided and select which one applies to you. Example: Find Phone Number from Name and Address. The estimated cost, match rate, and processing time will then be shown. After you confirm your order, your data will start processing.
4. Once your file is complete, you will receive a notification via email. Next, navigate to your 'Bulk Dashboard' to download the results and start reconnecting with your old leads and customers by offering them exclusive deals, discounts, or incentives.
