How do I cancel/delete my account?
Navigate to "Your Account" page and select "Close Searchbug Account" from the "Quick Links" section on the right side of the page:
Please note that our regular support hours are Monday - Friday from 6AM - 8PM Pacific Time. If you contact us outside of regular hours, one of our agents will get back to you the next business day. If you need assistance, feel free to send us a chat request, email, or phone call at 800-990-2939 and we'd be happy to assist with closing out your account.
