Yes! All accounts have the ability to add multiple unique users. All usage and purchase history is then tracked under each individual user.
After you log into your account, click your name at the top and select "Your Account" from the dropdown menu. Next, click "Manage Users" under the "Quick Links" heading on the right hand side of the page (screenshot below):
